VEGAN, RAW, SUGAR-FREE
This healthy green superfood smoothie recipe and beautiful picture are made by the lovely Jocye from @Joysfulness. This fitness trainer started her day with this green smoothie and a good workout at the gym afterwards. What is your favourite green smoothie?
- 5 g Super Green Mix
- 200 ml water
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of frozen mango
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cm ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. soy/coconut or low fat yoghurt
- Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth
- Pour into a glass
